Alessandro Kokocinski’s foundation wants to support every artistic and cultural form in national and international area. The aim of this foundation is to improve the cultural and artistic assets of Alessandro Kokocinski who has spent his life in many countries as Europe,AmericaandAsiafighting for freedom, solidarity and human dignity. The artist has joined to civil involvement the artistic creativity; his works are displayed, for their quality and plenty, in a lot of art museums and galleries of the world. The foundation, through the Alessandro Kokocinski’s work, wants to increase the value of artistic creativity and civil involvement presents in young artists. The aim is to help them with training and specialized courses, educational stays and exchange of visits among different countries in way to increase the knowledge through shows and expositions.
The Foundation aims the follows purposes through these activities:
a) The Foundation promotes cultural enterprises to improvertistic and historic heritage of contemporary paint and sculpture in the world.
b) The Foundation promotes cultural enterprises to improve artistic and historic heritage of Alessandro Kokocinski’s work. It aims is to organize meetings, guided tours encouraging the publication of books and magazines.
c) The Foundation creates one or more permanent structures with the function:
Exhibition space to present exhibition and that can host exhibition of other Italian and international artists for international dialogue and cultural exchanges.
“Scientific laboratory” as privileged place of research and reflection. A place of scientific study and design of art, especially contemporary art, for involving universities, academies, artists, curators, collectors, art dealers, art historians and art critics in events, seminars and conference.
Promotion centre aims to support artists in their relationships with institutions for having private or public forms of funding, for having museums space inItalyor in a foreign country in occasion of public events or awards.
Publishing centre for producing catalogs, monographs, websites and multimedia works of artists also with the collaboration of specialized publishers.
