Wednesday, December 7 at 19.00, Alessandro Kokocinski inaugurates his new exhibition called Figurative Extra-flexions. The exhibition promoted by the Provincia Regionale di Palermo has been realized thanks to the support of Fondazione Roma Mediterraneo and the contribution of Peter Barbarian Group.
Figurative Etra-flexions exhibition, curated by Lorenzo Zichichi, is the brainchild of Gigliola B. Magistrelli and is organized by la Fondazione Alessandro Kokocinski and by I Luoghi dell’ Arcadia.
On the main floor of the prestigious Palazzo Sant’Elia of Palermo, there are 27 works divided into paintings and sculptures. Works appear in three-dimensional way because paintings and sculptures are placed on two-dimensional supports.
This work is the synthesis of Kokociski’s artistic research, The artist was born in Porto Recanati from Russian mother and Polish father
This work is the result of his immense multi-cultural background full of cultures and ethical and sentimental voices.His painting, a visionary realism and captivating fantasy world, combines Russian mythic spirit, South American passion and realism and the Italian charming of the seventeenth-century.
